Introducing Regional 'Energetic' Ports

In regional economies, ports still play important roles. For example, some ports become great terminals for handling a particular type of cargo, while others become passenger transport centers in spite of their small scale. In addition, there are ports which create an aura of vitality by people being deeply involved in those ports.
This article introduces the historical background as to why these little known ports need to play such roles, also efforts and roles of these expert ports in spite of their scale.
