FEATURES 〜 Regional Development by Utilizing Ports 〜

"Regional people re-discover their port assets and make their full use to vitalize their port towns."
The feature this month shows you some actual examples of joint efforts between citizens and their
regional governments. We're sure that you'll find their creative challenges they've faced within the
process of port town developments, reflecting the diversity of port characteristics.
We hope that this feature would contribute to narrowing down the gap between cities and
ports and to intensifying essential functions of port such as logistics, commerce, and communication.
