～ What's happening on the front line of harbor contribution to an eco-friendly society, now ? ～

　The former Hatoyama Cabinet issued the New Growth Strategy to regain Japan's radiance, breaking through the stagnant economy for nearly 20 years. One of its goals is "Green Innovation in the field of environment and energy".
The targets to reach by 2020 are;
　*creating over Yen 50 trillion new markets
　*creating 1.4 million new jobs
　*prevailing and accelerating Japan's innovative technology in the field of environment in order to achieve NO.1 "environment and energy super" in the world..
　The feature of this month introduces various efforts which are not on negative side like reinforcement of regulations but on aggressive one.
